As a life transformation facilitator, I offer counseling, mentoring, and writing services, and I work with children and adults of all ages – those interested in personal growth, as well as those seeking professional development. I especially enjoy supporting people through life transitions, which provide the opportunity to break the shell of false identity and create oneself anew. Below you will find my service descriptions. To learn more about my background in wellness counseling, childhood development, peace education, and diversity training, please visit the About page.
Private and Group Counseling for Individuals
Perhaps you are a middle-age parent looking for direction and meaning, now that your children have left the nest, or maybe you are a teenager transitioning into young adulthood and needing guidance in your quest of self-discovery. Wherever you are in your life, and wherever your loved ones are in theirs, I offer highly-individualized sessions that help you access your core identity, live authentically, and connect deeply. In our work together, we will explore your thoughts and feelings, lifestyle habits, spiritual beliefs, and relationship needs, with the goal of helping you manifest inner peace and harmony. In doing so, we can work together live, on the phone, or through Skype, and we can work one-on-one or with groups of two or more. To set up a session, visit the Store page, or if you would like to reach me directly, visit the Contact page.
Private and Group Counseling for Professionals
You might be a life coach seeking to help clients achieve critical breakthroughs; a pre-school teacher looking to enhance your skills working with toddlers; or a doctor wondering how to encourage your patients to develop healthy lifestyle habits. In addition to supporting you on the individual level, I will mentor you on the professional level – helping you identify, learn, and implement the tools you need to be more effective at and make more of an impact in what you do. For example, I will help you understand the dialectic effect — where people say they want one thing but act as if they want the opposite — and I will support you in bringing into alignment the goals and behaviors of your clients, students, or patients. In addition, I will help you notice, identify, and effectively respond to underlying mental illnesses that may be interfering with your clients’, students’, or patients’ ability to succeed. As with individual counseling sessions, we can work together live, on the phone, or through Skype, and we can work one-on-one or with groups of two or more. To set up a session, visit the Store page, or if you would like to reach me directly, visit the Contact page.

I am available to write essays on any of the areas I address through my work, and I am similarly available to provide expert commentary for any articles on topic. For a sample of my writing, please visit my Huffington Post blog. To request an article or expert commentary, please get in touch with me directly, through my Contact page.
